That’s a great idea. Also I have found that if you use a small ice cream scoop you can have perfect sized cookies!

I would never would have thought. I made banana nut muffins the other day. I will have to make them again so that I can do this little trick. I will have my daughter make the cookies so we can try this other trick by Charlotte.

Great tip!
Another great tip is to use an ice cream scooper to serve mashed potatoes. It really comes in handy during the holidays when you are serving lots of people.
