Tuna Noodle Skillet
Written by Lisa on August 14, 2008 – 12:16 am -This is a quick easy to make recipe. This works well when you don’t have a lot of time to make dinner!

3 1/2 cups of mini penne noodles
1 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 can tuna, drained, flaked
1 jar chopped pimientos, drained
Cook and drain noodles as directed on the box. While they are cooking, place celery and water in a skillet and cover. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Once the noodles are done, stir the noodles and the remaining ingredients and into the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.

That is quick and easy! But I think I’ll leave out the ranch dressing since no one here likes it. What would you suggest as a replacement?

Hmmm, I could make my own allergen-free dressing and use rice noodles. I’ll bet my kiddos would really like this. Thanks!

That looks soooo good, and it would be right up my alley, might have to just give that a try for tomorrow (Sunday).

I’m not normally a huge fan of ranch or sour cream and I liked this. I’m not sure what I’d use as a replacement.

You can definitely make those changes. This was so easy to make that I had to pass it on.
