I have been debating on which blog I should give a copy of this book away on. However, since this blog mainly focuses on food, I decided this one.
Food Fights is a great book that talks about the food issues most of use have at our dinner tables each and every day. It is about which battles are worth fighting over and which are not. It also has some great advice on what to do with certain behaviors like thowing food. There is even a section about the 5 second rule! As a parent, this is must read.
Sounds like something you’d be interested in? Well, I have a copy that I will be giving away to one of my lucky readers! What do you have to do?

I’ve been blessed with two fairly easy going little girls when it comes to food. I would, however, love to enter to win this for my best friend. She has two little boys, one of which is a very picky eater. I think this could be a great resource for her.
Thanks for the entry.

Scratch the button post. I tried and tried, but couldn’t get your button code to work. I thought it was up, but when I went back to look at it again, it was just showing me an unlinkable empty box. Oi. Well, I tried. I’m sorry.

Mealtimes are supposed to be family get togethers without stress. Anything, such as this book, that would eliminate problems at the table, is most useful and welcome. What a great idea!

I would love this book, beacuse my youngest doesn’t like anything besides chicken nuggets, chocolate and PB.

I would absolutely LOVE to read this book! Getting my boys to take a few minutes from playing to sit at the table to eat is a chore in itself!! I also have one very picky eater! Thanks for offering this contest!

We have 3 daughters and each has their own unique food issues. Maybe this book could help?

Advice on the five second rule? Oh, I am so there. I would love to see what advice this book has to offer when it comes to food throwing. I mean, green baby food on the wall can be very artsy and all, but it can sure be a pain to clean up.

My daughter is seven and still won’t eat more than a handful of foods!

I would love to somehow give this to my sister because she caters to her kids whims so much that she cooks a meal for her and hubby, one for one child, and one for another. It’s insane.

Sounds like a good book. With five kids and a picky spouse meal times can real be a drag here.

I need this! We struggle every night to get my 5-year-old son to eat something besides chicken nuggets or hot dogs. His twin sister is the opposite. She loves trying new foods and always cleans her plate!

I really need this. It is hard for me to get my son to eat at times.

I missed the opportunity for this contest but wanted to add my recommendation for this book. Dealing with picky eaters can be a huge challenge, but it dooesn’t necessarily have to be. Foof Fights gives some workable strategies for a pleasant mealtime experience with your family.
