		<description>My favorite, simple-to-make recipe:

Easy Cottage Pie

1 lbs ground beef
Instant mashed potatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Frozen peas &amp; carrots
Onion salt, black pepper, rosemary, steak seasoning

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a casserole pan.
-Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the excess fat and return to medium heat.
-Add 1 cup water and use the onion salt, pepper, rosemary, etc to season to taste. Alternately you can use Dale&#039;s to season.
-Stir in frozen vegetables and cook until most of the water is evaporated.
-Follow the directions to make the instant mashed potatoes.
-Pour meat into casserole dish. Cover with a layer of the mashed potatoes and some grated/shredded cheddar cheese.
-Bake 20-30 minutes until top starts to brown

		<description>Spaghetti Carbonara

1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Pancetta or thick bacon cut into pieces (you can pre cook it or leave it raw)
2 eggs
Loads of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper
chopped 4 whole garlic cloves
chopped Italian parsley
heavy cream

1. In a pan over medium heat add your cooked spaghetti and ALL the ingredients to taste. You want to stir it and move it around a lot, so the eggs cook, but not too much to scramble them, and the cream creates a nice sauce.
