		<description>I LOVE pies.  And, this one looks SO good!  I love easy ones, too - that I can make quickly!

I do usually make my own pie crusts - just something I was determined to learn when I got married.  But, I save time by making them in advance and sticking them in the frige.  

Enjoyed my visit here today.  LOVE meeting foodies!</description>
