Slow Cooker Cheesy Ravioli Casserole

1 tbsp vegetable (or olive) oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 large garlic clove chopped
2 jars pasta sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 pkgs frozen raviolis
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a skillet, heat the onion and garlic in the oil for about 4 minutes. Stir in the pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning.

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the slow cooker. Add 1 package of the ravioli and top with 1 cup of cheese. Top with the remaining package of ravioli and 1 cup of cheese. Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
