Slow Cooker Cheesy Ravioli Casserole
  • 1 tbsp vegetable (or olive) oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove chopped
  • 2 jars pasta sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 pkgs frozen raviolis
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. In a skillet, heat the onion and garlic in the oil for about 4 minutes. Stir in the pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the slow cooker. Add 1 package of the ravioli and top with 1 cup of cheese. Top with the remaining package of ravioli and 1 cup of cheese. Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5 - 6 hours.
