Ground Beef Casserole

1 packet dry brown gravy mix
1 cup cold water
1 lb ground beef
1 diced onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces cooked egg noodles
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine gravy mix and water until smooth and set aside.

Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain. Add the spaghetti sauce, cream, seasonings, and gravy. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the noodles and 1/3 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
