Cheeseburger Mashed Potato Bake
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Ragu Cheese Creations Double Cheddar Sauce
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in the cheese sauce, mustard, and you can salt and pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes. Transfer to a 2 qt casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
