I am a huge, huge, huge slow cooker fan, so I knew I had to get my hands on this when it came out. There are soooo many good recipes in here. With a busy family, I always want something quick and easy. What’s easier than throwing some ingredients in my slow cooker and leaving it the rest of the day? Here’s one of my favorite slow cooker recipes out of the book:
- 4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 12 oz cans of regular or diet orange soda
- ½ cup soy sauce
- cooked rice
- Place Chicken in a slow cooker.
- Pour orange soda and soy sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Serve over rice.
