  • 1 cup water
  • 1 extra large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
  1. Add each ingredient in the order its listed above.
  2. Select basic bread setting, normal crust. (Makes a 2 lb loaf)

Banana Bread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture and pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
  4. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, take it out of the pan and cool on a wire rack.

 

French Bread – Bread Machine Recipe

French Bread - Bread Machine Recipe

  • 1¼ cups +2 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP oil
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2¼ tsp active yeast
Instructions
  1. Add room temperature water to the bread machine. Then add the oil, sugar, and salt. Then add the flour. Sprinkle the active yeast across the top.
  2. On your bread maker machine, choose 2 lb. loaf and french bread.
