Turkey Vegetable Tray

Ingredients
  • Kale
  • Celery
  • Baby carrots
  • Sweet peppers
  • Cucumbers
  • Yellow zucchini
  • Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Arrange kale along the outside of the platter you are using. Those will be tail feathers.
  2. Add the celery on top of the kale (but not completely covering it).
  3. Cut half of the zucchini and use that as the turkey's head.
  4. Slice the peppers and use them as the body.
  5. Add in the cherry tomatoes as the caruncles.
  6. Slice the cucumbers and use that as the breast.
  7. Use 2 celery sticks as the feet.
  8. Use little pieces of the peppers as the eyes and the beak. We used toothpicks broken in half to get them to stick.
