Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 1½ pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • taco seasoning packet (or make your own)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  3. About 1 hour before serving, shred the chicken.
  4. Serve on warm tortilla shells.
