Store biscotti in an airtight container.  Biscotti can also be frozen, wrapped airtight in freezer weight plastic bags or in layers (separated by waxed paper) in plastic freezer containers.

Vanilla extract can be stored indefinitely if sealed airtight and kept in a cool, dark place.

Most cookie doughs can be prepared in advance, covered airtight, and refrigerated for a week.

If stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, granulated sugar will keep for years.  If your sugar does start to clump together, run it through a sifter before measuring.
