3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
