Turkey Taco Salad
  • 12 oz ground turkey
  • ½ onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 10 grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz romaine lettuce
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • ½ cup monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 bag guacamole bites
  • 2 T olive oil
  1. Dice the red pepper, onion, and zucchini.
  2. Halve the tomatoes.
  3. Chop the jalapeno and cilantro.
  4. Cut the lemon into wedges.
  5. Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces.
  6. Heat 1 T of olive oil. When hot, add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the red bell pepper, jalapeno, and zucchini. Cook 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  8. Add 1 T of olive oil in the same pan and cook the turkey for 4-5 minutes breaking the turkey up.
  9. In a bowl, toss the lettuce with the tomatoes and ½ of the guacamole bites.
  10. Divide between 2 serving plates and top with the turkey, vegetables, cheese, and a generous handful of guacamole bites.
  11. Sprinkle the cilantro and serve the lemon wedges on the side.

  • Kale – 8 Cups
  • Pomegranate Seeds – 1/4 Cup
  • Pomegranate Juice – 1/3 Cup
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 Tablespoons


  1. Separate the leaves of kale from the stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
  2. Soak the kale leaves in a large bowl of cold water for a few minutes.
  3. Lift the leaves out of the water and dry thoroughly. If there was a lot of grit left in the bowl, repeat the soaking process until water is clean.


  1. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and warm.
  2. Once oil is warm, add the kale. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the kale starts to soften. Pour in the pomegranate juice and cover loosely with foil.
  3. Let the kale cook until the pomegranate juice is absorbed and kale is very tender, about 4-6 minutes. Stir often to prevent burning or sticking. Once tender, stir in the pomegranate seeds and remove from heat.
  4. Transfer the pomegranate kale to a serving dish or dinner plates. Ready to eat!

Hearty Tuscan Roasted Chicken
Prep Time: 5 min. | Total Time: 25 min. | Makes: 6 servings.
What You Need
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pouch (2 oz.) KRAFT Parmesan Seasoning Blend Hearty Tuscan Herbs
Make It
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
BRUSH chicken with oil; sprinkle with Parmesan blend.
PLACE in single layer in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 min. or until done (165ºF).

Rosemary Garlic Pasta Primavera
Prep Time: 20 min. | Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup each.
What You Need
2-2/3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1 pouch (2 oz.) KRAFT Parmesan Seasoning Blend Rosemary and Garlic
Make It
COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min.
or until done. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 4 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender
and spinach is wilted.
DRAIN pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet with Parmesan blend; mix lightly.

Easy Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Prep Time: 10 min. | Total Time: 20 min. | Makes: 6 servings.
What You Need
6tilapia fillets (1-1/2 lb.)
1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 pouch (2 oz.) KRAFT Parmesan Seasoning Blend Cracked Black Pepper & Toasted Onion
Make It
HEAT oven to 425ºF.
PLACE fish on parchment-covered baking sheet.
SPREAD with mayo; top with Parmesan blend.
BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Hearty Tuscan Parmesan Meatballs
Prep Time: 10 min. | Total Time: 30 min. | Makes: 6 servings.
What You Need
2 Tbsp. milk
1 slice white bread, torn into pieces
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1 pouch (2 oz.) KRAFT Parmesan Seasoning Blend Hearty Tuscan Herbs
Make It
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
ADD milk to bread in medium bowl; let stand 3 min. Add remaining ingredients; mix
SHAPE into 18 (2-inch) meatballs; place in 13×9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 min. or until done (165ºF).

Parmesan Pepper-Crusted Burgers
Prep Time: 10 min. | Total Time: 22 min. | Makes: 6 servings.
What You Need
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pouch (2 oz.) KRAFT Parmesan Seasoning Blend Cracked Black Pepper & Toasted Onion, divided
6 hamburger buns, toasted
6 pieces leaf lettuce
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
Make It
HEAT grill to medium heat.
MIX meat and 1/3 cup Parmesan blend; shape into 6 patties.
GRILL 10 min. or until done (160ºF). Top with remaining Parmesan blend; grill 2 min.
FILL buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burgers.

These are just a few of the recipes you can try with the Kraft Parmesan Seasoning Blends.  You can even just add the seasoning to french fries or cut up potatoes!  Just as good that way too!
