Written by Lisa on August 3, 2008 – 12:10 am -Focaccia is a flat Italian bread that is an excellent accompaniment to any Italian dinner. Leftever focaccia makes great sandwiches. You can also use focaccia as a pizza crust! Just add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings and bake until cruse is golden and the cheese is melted.

Tip Of The Day
Written by Lisa on July 25, 2008 – 12:23 am -Let quick breads cool completely before covering them in plastic wrap or foil. Wrapping a hot bread causes the steam to go back into the dough which makes the bread soggy and gummy.
