  • 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
  • ½ lb Italian sausage
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
Instructions
  1. Heat over to 350 degrees. Cook and drain pasta as directed on the package. Set aside.
  2. Cook sausage and onion until browned. Drain and stir in oregano and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Stir sausage mixture into pasta. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into an ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake 50 - 60 minutes.

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • ½ lb Italian sausage
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  2. Brown the sausage and onion. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cook 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add in cooked pasta. Stir and then pour into baking dish.
  3. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray and place sprayed side down on the baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.
  4. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 handfuls of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Make pasta as directed on box.
  2. Meanwhile, brown the Italian sausage with the minced garlic. Drain and add to a baking dish. Stir in spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, pasta, pepperoni, oregano, basil, and one cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
