Wasa Review and Giveaway

This giveaway is now over. The winner is Justine. Congrats!

Wasa Flatbreads are made with a few, simple all natural ingredients.  They are then seasoned and oven baked for a one of a kind taste.  This healthier cracker offers endless topping possibilities.  In addition, the Stay Fresh packs make them a great on the go snack.  They come in three flavors:  Original, Sesame, and Rosemary.

We were given one of each to try.  The Original Wasa Flatbreads on their own seemed a little bland.  However, if you top it with a flavored cream cheese of some sort, it was way better.  The sesame was good with everything we put on top of it (cheese, sausage, dip, etc).  However, our favorite was the Rosemary.  These flatbreads were good on their own, and also worked well with all the topics we tried with it.  We served these at a football party we were having, and everyone seemed to like them!  If you are looking for a healthier snack in your house, give Wasa Flatbreads a try!

Since we liked them so much, I’ve arranged for one of my lucky readers to get a Wasa Prize Pack!   The winner will get all 3 flavors of Wasa, a Wasa branded tin, flash drive and pen, tote bag, and a book on recipes with flatbreads!  Here’s what you need to do:

Pam’s Pantry

I have two words for you:  Easy.  Yummy.  Seriously, if want some of the easiest dips, dressings, and spreads to make, head over to Pam’s Pantry.  You know your dip is going to be good when it smells yummy before you even open the package.  I have been able to try their strawberries ‘n cream, cheesy garlic, spinach surprise, and our favorite sweet ‘n sassy salsa.  These dips are super easy to make.  You just need a cup of mayo and a cup of sour cream.  That is it!  Now, the strawberries and cream is slightly more complicated – you have to mike the cream cheese and you need cool whip.  Seriously, not to difficult at all.  On the back of each packet, it tells you what ingredients you need, how to make, and what would go best with each one.  They also have Cheesecake Mixes, Bar-B-Q’s and Picklers.   What I love best about these is that they taste great and can be made in no time at all!  Since these are made from fresh ingredients, you can even claim these awesome dips as your own!  :)
