Ecolution Evolve is available in stunning new shades of Crimson Red, Copper Bronze, New Moon Blue and Black, the cookware has soft, squeezable, silicone stay-cool handles that are comfortable to grip. Adding to its performance and ease of use, the cookware features Hydrolon, an ecologically advanced water-based non-stick coating made without PFOA for greater safety. The heavy aluminum bottom of the pan features a decorative pattern and textured heat bands for even heating and better culinary results. Oven safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, the pans are ideal for electric, gas and glass ceramic cook tops and are dishwasher safe.

The Hydrolon Non-Stick is a new WATER BASED SOLVENT that is marketed exclusively by Ecolution. The brand will only be placed on coatings that do not contain any PFOA. Hydrolon PFOA-Free non-stick is super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Hydrolon is a multi- layer non-stick. All coats use water as the main solvent. When the non-stick is applied to the metal the water solvent that evaporates is simply water, greatly reducing emissions. This non-toxic coating is a safer solution for healthy and eco-friendly cooking.

My Thoughts? LOVE!!! It’s a great frying pan over all. We’ve used to brown ground beef to making eggs, and it does not disapoint. I love that it is PFOA free and that I can throw it right in the dishwasher! The fact that you can get it in different colors makes it all the better! It’s one of my best frying pans!

I love this baking cookbook. All the ingredients are easily found in your pantry. I also love some of the little tips in here — like have warm ingredients when making cookies. I never thought about my eggs needing to be room temperature! They have recipes for things you are actually going to make – like Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars.

I highly recommend checking out The Old Farmer’s Almanac Everyday Baking.

101 Breakfast & Brunch Recipes

With school getting into full swing, every family is looking for ways to start their days off with a quick & hearty breakfast. The newest photography cookbook in the bestselling Gooseberry Patch series, 101 Breakfast & Brunch Recipes, is filled with recipes that fit the bill!

With 4 chapters filled with recipes for every day, from the busiest marathon days to those lazy weekend mornings, it’s one family cooks will find themselves reaching for alongside that first cup of coffee. It’s packed with photos for each recipe, so while they may be out of eggs, they’ll never run low on inspiration.

Some of my family’s favorites have to be:  Johnny Appleseed Toast, Cereal-to-Go (this is a great snack too!), monkey bread, french toast casserole, etc.  I could go on and on and on.  Bill has been planning our weekend breakfasts for the rest of this month.  Like all of my other Gooseberry cookbooks, I love how easy the recipes are.  The ingredients are things you either have in your pantry or can easily get at the grocery store.

If you need a great cookbook, I highly recommend 101 Breakfast & Brunch Recipes!
