Activia Greek

I love yogurt. I believe most people like yogurt in some form or flavor. The Dannon Company has now combined my two favorite kinds of yogurt; Greek yogurt and Activia! I love the thick, rich flavor of Greek yogurt and the digestive benefits of Activia. The nice part of Greek Activia is that it comes in a variety of flavors so there is bound to be a flavor for everyone! I have tried the Orchard Peach, the Raspberry, and the Vanilla. The other flavors include Garden Blueberry, Strawberry Patch, and Tropical Fruit.

I have to say that the Raspberry Greek Activia is amazing. As amazing as this yogurt tastes, the health benefits are even better!! Dannon Activia Greek yogurt has 0g of fat, 12g of protein and only 130 calories per container (each container is 5.3oz which is a nice serving size!). As for the digestive benefits, Activia Greek has the probiotic culture Bifidus Regularis, which helps regulate your digestive system. I am someone who has digestive issues and I love the fact I get a great tasting yogurt and a food that will help, not hinder, my stomach problems!! So if you love yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, and want a delicious and nutritious yogurt, try Dannon Activia Greek yogurt-it’s amazing!

My favorite is the Yoplait Greek 100 in strawberry. I have it as a snack after a workout, or as my breakfast with some granola on top, but I have also used it in baking! Not only is this yogurt delicious and nutritious, it is also
versatile! With only 100 calories, 0g of fat, and 10g of protein per serving, who wouldn’t love Yoplait Greek yogurt?!?
