Holstein Mini Whoopie Pie Maker

I am all over any kind of appliance that makes my life easier. If it can make me chocolate desserts, I love it even more!! That is where the Holstein Mini Whoopie Pie Maker comes in.

Need an easy dessert for dinner or a party or your kids school bake sale? This is the machine you need your house. You can easily make Chocolate Whoopie Pies. It literally took me longer to find the ingredients than it took to bake these Mini Whoopie Pies! Plus, this is such a fun dessert that the kids can help you make!

You just mix the ingredients together and add to the Holstein Mini Whoopie Pie Maker. You close the machine for about 2 minutes, pull them out, and put them on a cooling rack. Once cooled, add some frosting, put the cakes together, and decorate. It was that easy!

Chocolate Whoopie Pie
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ⅓ cup softened butter
  • ½ cup water
  • 1¾ tsp salt
  • 1¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1½ tsp vanillla
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Slowly add in the wet ingredients into the mix.
  3. Add to the Whoopie Pie Maker for 2 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. After cooled, spread chocolate frosting over one whoopie pie, top with another whoopie pie, and decorate with sprinkles.

Weight Watchers Red Velvet Crème Cakes

Red Velvet Crème CakesFlashback to my childhoodwalking a block to the Dolly Madison store by my house and spending my allowance on a juice barrel and a package of Zingers. Remember Zingers? The delicious cake, either chocolate or yellow, with a thick layer of frosting and a gooey cream center… that’s what Weight Watchers Red Velvet Crème Cake snacks taste like. These tiny cakes are amazing-a rich red velvet cake with a cream cheese center and a thick layer of frosting. These Weight Watchers snack cakes are only 90 calories and 3 grams of fat per cake and have 4 grams of fiber. They may be tiny, but they have enough flavor to satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing calories. Of course because they are cake, my kids had to try them….and they love them! I had to pry the box out of their little hands. So if you love red velvet or remember and loved Zingers, you will love these Weight Watchers Red Velvet Crème Cakes.
