Apple Mojito

Ingredients
  • fresh mint (about 10 to 15 leaves)
  • ice cubes
  • simple syrup (a splash, to taste)
  • lemon juice (a splash, to taste)
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ⅓ cup rum (dark or white)
  • 4 green apple slices (to add to drink and for garnish)
  • Sparkling water
Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, crush the mint leaves, lemon juice, simple syrup (sugar crystals are okay to use instead) and a green apple slice with a muddler.
  2. Add ice cubes, then the apple juice and rum (if you like you can add vodka).
  3. Stir well, top off with sparkling water, garnish with red or green apples slices, serve -- and enjoy!

  • 2 Parts Maestro Dobel Tequila
  • ½ part Domaine de Canton Liqueur
  • ½ part fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ part Crème Cassis Liqueur
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Strain into a martini glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist

  • 1½ oz. Three Olives Loopy Vodka
  • ½ oz. triple sec
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Mix Three Olives Loopy Vodka, triple sec, sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Rub a lemon wedge on the outer rim of a martini glass so it is barely moist. Dip the edge of the
  4. glass into sugar.
  5. Pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a twisted peel of lemon.
