Homemade Spaghetti

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 2½ cups water
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (I used the one that had garlic, oregano, and basil seasoning already in it)
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Brown ground beef with the onion and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Return meat mixture to pan with tomato paste, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and water. Cook, stirring, until heated through and thickened, 5 to 15 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 flour tortillas (8 inch) cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half of the cheese. Spoon into a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Chicken Mozzarella

 

 

Chicken Mozzarella

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups hot corkscrew noodles
Instructions
  1. Place chicken into a baking dish.
  2. Mix soup, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken. Remove the chicken. Stir the sauce and serve with the noodles.
