Skillet Mostaccioli

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slices of uncooked bacon (or use 3 tbsp of Tastefully Simple Bacon Bacon)
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 Italian sausage
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the bacon, onion, and Italian sausage. Cook 4 – 7 minutes or until the sausage is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, broth, basil, salt, pepper, and uncooked pasta. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook 20 – 25 minutes stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
