The New Sonoma Cookbook is a cookbook with over 300 delicious recipes that make it easier to stay thin and eat better. This cookbook goes to show you that you don’t have to forgo great tasting food and wine. There are easy to prepare dishes for every course (including snacks!). These recipes use ingredients that are wholesome. There is everything from Sonoma Chicken Salad in Lettace Cups to a Smokey Mexican Seafood Cocktail. There are even “express” recipes in here! These are meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less! Now, who can’t use those? There are also gluten free recipes and a list of kitchen essentials. Don’t know how to cook with wine? There are tips for cooking with it and even wine recommendations! My favorite recipes are the ones in here that allow leftovers for another meal! It makes making Bill’s lunch the next day so much easier! I love that the recipes are easy to follow, and that on the bottom of each recipe are the nutrition facts. I highly recommend the Barbecue Pulled Pork. It is soooooo good!
