French Bread - Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups +2 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP oil
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active yeast

Instructions

  • Add room temperature water to the bread machine. Then add the oil, sugar, and salt. Then add the flour. Sprinkle the active yeast across the top.
  • On your bread maker machine, choose 2 lb. loaf and french bread.
