Smoked Sausage-Potato Hash
- 1 1 pound package smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 32 ounce package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cook sausage until browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the onion to the drippings in the skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the hash browns and heat through.
- Return sausage to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
