Flax Seeds: These crackers are made with brown rice, almonds and flax seed. These were really good, actually my favorite of the three flavors. Has a good nutty flavor with a hint of salt. Multi-Seeds: These crackers are made with brown rice, almonds and multi-seeds. These tasted similar to the flax seed nut-thins, still flavorful and nutty. Sesame Seeds: These crackers are made with brown rice, almonds and sesame seeds. These were not too bad, it has a strong flavor of sesame seed and I’m not fond of sesame. My husband and aunt on the other hand liked them a lot. I used these crumbled in a bowl of chili and it tasted really good and masked the sesame flavor. The sesame seed nut-thins provides a good source of fiber.
