Potassium Sorbate? Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate? Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate? Good Food Made Simple – a brand committed to using clean, simple ingredients – believes that if you can’t pronounce an ingredient, or don’t know what it means, you should be highly skeptical of eating it. That’s why today, Good Food Made Simple is launching “Eat Clean, Eat Simple,” a national campaign that helps people take control of what they put in their bodies by educating and inspiring them to read and understand ingredient labels – not just glance at the Nutrition Facts. A recent survey conducted by Good Food Made Simple revealed that despite warnings about harmful ingredients found in packaged foods, Americans still purchase and consume foods that contain ingredients directly linked to long-term health problems. According to the survey, only 35 percent of Americans always read ingredient lists before purchasing packaged food. Of those people, only half of them do so to make sure that all of the ingredients are clean – with no preservatives, no additives, no hydrogenated oils (a source of trans fat), no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners.

Good Food Made Simple takes all the guess work out of what you are eating. You know when you buy their brand that you are eating something healthy without all the fillers that other brands put into their foods. We recently tried out a few of their products, and they were definitely hits in my house!

The breakfast in a bowl are so good. I love that I can get a very good and very filling breakfast. Fresh chopped veggies, scrambled egg whites, nitrate free meats and 100% natural cheese. Breakfast never looked – or tasted – so good.

Their oatmeal was another hit. Their line of steel cut oatmeal make for a healthy, wholesome and nutritious breakfast.

Their breakfast burritos were eaten quite quickly too. This is a simple line of items featuring traditional breakfast ingredients wrapped in an all natural tortilla. Perfect for the eat ’n run or run ‘n eat crowd which we are!

They’ve ventured beyond breakfast too! Their entree and burrito line of hand-rolled wraps is made with savory and wholesome ingredients to deliver an unthinkable hand-held experience. Perfect for lunch, dinner or when you’ve simply got the munchies.

There is just so many good foods in this brand. That is why I am giving away 2 Good Food Made Simple prize packs so you too can try this great brand. Here’s what you need to do:
