Smoked Sausage-Potato Hash

  • 1 1 pound package smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 32 ounce package frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • Cook sausage until browned. Remove from the skillet.
  • Add the onion to the drippings in the skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender but still crisp.
  • Stir in the hash browns and heat through.
  • Return sausage to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
